Stack Fluid is a bookkeeping tool for people who ship more than one app. It holds financial records you enter yourself. This page describes exactly what it stores and who else touches it.

What we collect

• Account details from Google. When you sign in, Google gives us your name, email address, and profile image. We ask for nothing else, and we never receive your Google password.
• The books you build. Workspaces, apps, transactions, merchants, amounts, categories, tags, notes, and the attribution splits you set. You enter this or import it by CSV; we do not connect to your bank.
• Files you upload. Logos you attach to an app or company.
• Error diagnostics. When something breaks, we log the error and the page it happened on so it can be fixed.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
• We do not connect to your bank or card accounts.
• We do not show your records to other users. A workspace is visible only to its members.
• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.

Who processes it

These companies handle data on our behalf so the product can run:

• Google — sign-in. Google verifies who you are and returns your name, email, and profile image.
• Vercel — hosting. Serves the site and runs the application code.
• Neon — database. Stores your account and your books.
• Sentry — error reporting. Receives error messages and the page an error occurred on.

How long we keep it

Your records stay until you delete them or close your account. Deleting your account removes your workspaces, transactions, and uploaded files. Error logs age out on their own within 90 days.

Your choices

• Export. You can export your books at any time from Settings.
• Delete.Email us and we will delete your account and its data, and confirm when it’s done.
• Disconnect Google. You can revoke Stack Fluid’s access from your Google account permissions page. That signs you out; it does not by itself delete your books.

Children

Stack Fluid is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who processes it, we will update the date above and say what changed.
